Decay Platform
1. Purpose of the Service
Decay provides a clinical decision-support platform that enables licensed clinics and medical practitioners to upload medical images and receive analytical or diagnostic assistance. The service is designed to support healthcare professionals and does not replace professional medical judgment.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Accounts may only be created and used by authorized clinics or licensed medical practitioners. The account holder is fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account, including the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of submitted data.
3. Patient Consent
Users are solely responsible for obtaining all required and informed consents from patients before uploading any medical images or personal data. Decay assumes that all submitted data has been collected lawfully and with proper patient consent.
4. Use of Data
Uploaded images and related information may contain sensitive medical data. Decay processes such data exclusively for the purpose of providing its services and does not use or share this data for unrelated purposes without explicit authorization.
5. No Medical Liability
Decay does not provide medical treatment or final medical diagnoses. All outputs and analyses are advisory in nature only. Final clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare professional.
6. Accuracy and Service Limitations
While Decay aims to provide accurate and reliable assistance, the service does not guarantee error-free results. Outputs may be affected by image quality, incomplete information, or other technical and clinical limitations.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Decay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or failure to protect login information.
8. Service Availability
Decay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
9. Geographic Scope
The Decay platform is intended for use within the Islamic Republic of Iran only and must be used in compliance with applicable Iranian laws and regulations.
10. Changes to the Terms
Decay may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
